Established as one of the region's largest pharmaceutical distributors, ULTRA began by securing a solid foothold in Saudi Arabia's central zone, laying the cornerstone for what would become a leading logistics and distribution group.

Distribution operations expanded into the Eastern and Western regions of Saudi Arabia. This period also marked the beginning of dealings with the governmental sector, setting the stage for long-term institutional growth.

Official Launch, Corporate Foundation

The Jeddah branch was officially launched, and ULTRA Group was formally established. This phase also witnessed the successful implementation of IFRS financial conversion and VAT across the group, laying a strong financial and structural base.
